I have been working in research of diverse areas of the tuberculosis field since 2004, from immunology and host-pathogen interaction to bacterial fitness and epidemiology of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. I am also interested in novel diagnostic methods based on technologies such as next generation sequencing and MALDI-TOF MS.
